The Sabine Index - July 14, 1988

  Lois Leland Lucius

  Mr. Lois Leland Lucius, 79, of Toro, died at Sabine Medical
Center on Saturday, July 9, 1988.

  Services were held at Pisgah Baptist Church on Monday, July 11
at 3 p.m. with Rev F. M. Belcher and Rev. Mack Brister
officiating. Burial was at Pisgah Cemetery under the direction of
Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Survivors include his wife, Hazel Neva Lucius of Alexander;
Herman Ray Lucius of Toro and James William Lucius of Florien;
one brother, Melvin H. Lucius of Leesville; four sisters, Beulah
Kildaire of Pineville, Jewel Ross of Anacoco, Lewanda Calure of
Lake Charles and Genevia Patterson of Grass Valley, CA; five
grandchildren; one great grandchild, Sara Elizabeth Lucius; and a
host of nieces, nephews and friends.

  Pallbearers were Benny Lee, Dewain Strother, Eugene Craft,
William C. Craft, Patrick Lucius and Dale Craft. Honorary
pallbearers were Matthew Lucius and Chris Craft.
