The Sabine Index - Clifton Lockwood

  1 Feb 1973 - Clifton Lockwood, 54, of Many, died Thursday,
Jan. 25 at 12 p.m. following a short illness.

  Funeral services were held Saturday, Jan 27 at 10 a.m. in
the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints with the Bishop
Glenn Hardy officiating.  Burial was in the Mt. Carmel Cemetery
under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Louise Lockwood of Natchitoches;
two sons, Cliff Lockwood of DeRidder  and Michael Lockwood of
Natchitoches; two daughters Mrs. Alecia Baggett of DeRidder and
Mrs. Rodney Hess of West Virginia; one brother Lynn Lockwood of
Florien; three sisters, Mrs. Allen Goodman of Shreveport, Mrs.
Mack Corley of Orange and Mrs. J. B. Ricks of Florien and six
grandchildren.
