John Tom Leggett

  John Tom Leggett, 86, of Fisher, died in Fraser Hospital-South
on Wednesday, Dec. 6, at 5 p.m., following an extended illness.

  Survivors include four sons, Otha B. Leggett, and Curtis
Leggett, both of Many, O. V. Leggett of Mineral Wells, Tex., and
John D. Leggett of Fisher; two daughters, Mrs. Okena Miller of
Lake Charles, and Mrs. Pauline Parker of Houston, Tex.; two
brothers, William Leggett of Odessa, Tex., and Onie Leggett of
Smackover, Ark; 22 grandchildren; and 32 great grandchildren.

  Funeral services were held at the Many United Pentecostal Church
on Thursday, Dec. 7, at 3 p.m. Officiating was the Rev. Bill
White, church pastor. Burial was in the Ft. Jesup Cemetery, under
the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home.
