John W. Leggett

  Funeral services for John W. Leggett of Many, were held
Saturday, June 19, at 10 a.m., at Warren Meadows Funeral Home
Chapel, with Rev. W. R. Ledford officiating. Interment was at Old
Pisgah Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral
Home.

  Mr. Leggett, 77, died Thursday, June 17, at 4:10 p.m., due to a
short illness.

  He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Dorothy Mae Leggett of Many;
two sons, John D. Leggett of Zwolle, and Kenneth Ray Leggett of
Baton Rouge; two daughters, Mrs. Peggy Joe Ammons of
Natchitoches, and Mrs. Lawanda Reid of Houston; nine
grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren; and a host of nieces
and nephews.
