Edward Lockwood

  Funeral services were held at 2:00 p.m., November 16, for Edward
Lockwood, 60, who died suddenly at his home, November 15. The
services were held in Mt. Carmel Baptist Church, with the Rev.
Ralph Stevens officiating.

  Burial was in Mt. Carmel Cemetery, with Warren Funeral Home in
charge.

  Survivors include his wife, four sons, Ben R. Lockwood of
Alexandria, Bobby Lockwood of Many, Charles, and Michael, both of
Fisher; five daughters, Mrs. Nancy Russell, Miss Bonita Lockwood,
both of Fisher, Mrs. Mary Singletary of Marthaville, Mrs. Betty
Brantley, and Mrs. Janice Oakes, both of Shreveport; two
brothers, Hoyt Lockwood of Fisher, Grover Lockwood of Houston;
two sisters, Mrs. Aurie Graham of Shreveport, Mrs. Isabel Ross of
DeRidder; 12 grandchildren.
