William B. Lightfoot

  William B. Lightfoot, 84, of Shreveport, died in Shreveport on
Sunday, April 27, at 1:50 a.m., following an extended illness.

  Lightfoot is survived by four daughters, Mrs. Vernice McComic,
Mrs. Barbara Manning, and Mrs. Opal Williams, all of Shreveport,
and Mrs. Della Jackson of Sioux Falls, South Dakota; a son Burton
Lightfoot of Negreet; 18 grandchildren, and 26 great
grandchildren.

  Funeral services were conducted in the Warren Meadows Funeral
Chapel on Tuesday, April 29, at 2 p.m., with the Rev. Bill
Stowell officiating. Burial was in the Many Cemetery, under the
direction of the Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Pallbearers were Joe McComic, Wayne Lightfoot, Bonnie Williams,
Jerome Manning, and Thomas Lightfoot.
