Latham, age 74, passed away at the Seminole hospital after a long illness. Funeral rites were conducted 2 p.m. Thursday at Singleton funeral home in Andrews, Texas. Surviving are his wife, Pear Raimond Latham, Andrews, Texas; six sons, C. E., Clyde, Woodrow and Travis Latham, all of Andrews, Texas, T. J. Latham, Natchez, Miss., three daughters, Mrs. J. E. Mulloy, Noble, Mrs. Clara Lynch, Noble, Mrs. Mattie Pearl Norwood, Levelland, Texas; two brothers, E. E. Latham, Jasper, Texas, A. N. Latham, Mansfield; two sisters, Mrs. Modiess Springer, Mansfield, Mrs. Pearl Boyd, Converse. Mr. Latham was among one of the oldest citizens of Converse. He was well known in Sabine and DeSoto parishes. He moved to Andrews, Texas Nov. 30, 1947.
