Latham Clarence Edward Latham of Converse, died in a Bellville, Tex. nursing home, after a brief illness. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m., Wednesday, Sept. 4, in the Drewett Memorial Chapel in Mansfield, with the Rev. Charles Duncan officiating. Burial was in the Cassell Cemetery in Converse. Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Donnel Hitch of Andrews, Tex., and Mrs. Doyle Parker of Bellville; four brothers, Frank Latham of Greenville, Miss., Woodie Latham of Andrews, T. J. Latham of Vidalia, and Travis Latham of Mercedes, Tex.; three sisters, Mrs. Edward Mulloy, and Mrs. Ed Lynch, both of Noble, and Mrs. Alvin Norwood of Alexandria; and five grandchildren.
