Funeral services were held on Saturday, March 10, at 2 p.m., in Young's Chapel in El Dorado, Ark., with the Rev. Jimmy Harrell officiating. Burial was in the Lakeside Cemetery at East Camden, Ark. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Irma Jean Harcrow Latham of Urbana; one brother, J. B. Latham of Moab, Utah; three step brothers, Herbert Ebarb of Shreveport, Henry Ebarb of Many, and Levi Ebarb of Carthage, Tex., and three sisters, Mrs. Mae Snider of Center, Tex., and Mrs. Mittie Moore, and Mrs. Winnie Webb, both of Noble. Pallbearers were W. E. Jackson, Harold Murphy, Parker Wineman, Hubert Caroll, Donnie King, La Joy McBroom, Rastue Fore, and Huey Ward. Honorary Pallbearers were R. A. Whitehurst, C. A. Whitehurst, Boyd Alderson, and Dr. Grady E. Hill Jr. Mr. Latham was born on August 23, 1916, in Noble, to Jim and Martha Elliott Latham. A veteran of World War II, Mr. Latham served in the United States Army. He was a Baptist. Prior to his death, he was production superintendent for Whitehurst and Alderson Oil Co.
