Emmitt Litton

  Emmitt Litton, 79, of Pleasant Hill, died in Zwolle, April 1,
after a short illness.

  Funeral services were held at the Carson Baptist Church, April
2, with the Rev. George Albritton, and Dr. R. P. Butler
officiating. Burial was in the Progress Cemetery, under the
direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home of Many.

  Surviving relatives include his wife, Mrs. Ora Litton of
Pleasant Hill; a son, Luke Litton of Zwolle; a daughter, Mrs. Ira
Jones of Barstow, Calif.; two brothers, L. B., and R. M. Litton,
both of Ida; a sister, Mrs. Maggie Nugent of Shreveport; and four
grandchildren.
