Mrs. Josephine K. Lambert

  Mrs. Josephine K. Lambert, 72, of Shreveport, died Friday, Jan.
17, at 1:15 a.m., in Nursecare Nursing Center, after a lengthy
illness.

  A native of Pelican, she had lived in Shreveport for 50 years,
and was a retired employee of Bowman Drug Store. Mrs. Lambert was
a member of Southside Baptist Church.

  Graveside services were Saturday at 1 p.m., at Summer Grove
Cemetery, with Dr. Billy O. Smith, pastor of Southside Baptist
Church, officiating. Burial was under direction of Wellman's
Funeral Home.

  Mrs. Lambert is survived by a brother, George Lee Kelly of
Pelican, and a sister, Mrs. Corinne Dyson of Marthaville.
