Joe Lambert

  Funeral services for Joe Lambert, 84, of Lake Charles were held
in the Hixon Funeral Home Monday, Oct. 29, at 2 p.m. Burial
followed in a Lake Charles cemetery.

  Mr. Lambert, a veteran of World War I, died in a Lake Charles
hospital, Sat., Oct. 27, following a lengthy illness.

  A native of Robeline, Mr. Lambert was one of fifteen children
born to the late Tom Lambert.

  Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Ruth Lambert of Lake Charles;
a daughter, Diane Lambert; seven half brothers, Phillip Lambert,
and Clifford Lambert, both of Miami, Fla., Jerry Lambert, Terry
Lambert, and Larry Lambert, all of Robeline, Dale Lambert of
Shreveport, and Dean Lambert of Many; and one half sister,
Dorothy Fullerton of Robeline.
