William Lewing

  William Lewing, 65, of Lake Charles, died on Sunday, March 31,
at 6:30 a.m., following a short illness.

  Lewing is survived by his widow, Mrs. Fannie Lewing; two sons,
Ralph Lewing of Lake Charles, and Brantly Lewing of the U. S.
Army in Germany; a daughter, Belinda Lewing of Lake Charles; two
brothers, Curtis Lewing, and Clifford Lewing, both of Fisher;
three sisters, Mrs. Lula Brooks of Fisher, Mrs. Addie Randolph of
Many, and Mrs. Bessie Maund of Pasadena, Tex.

  Funeral services were held at the Shady Grove Church on Tuesday,
April 2, at 2 p.m., with the Rev. Johnny Crocker officiating.

  Burial was in the Shady Grove Cemetery, under the direction of
Warren Meadows Funeral Home.
