Diccie Lewing

  Mrs. Diccie Lewing, 84, of Many, died on Wednesday, July 16, at
9:05 p.m., after an extended illness.

  Funeral services were held at Lewing Chapel Church on Friday,
July 18, at 10 a.m., with the Rev. Howard Arnold officiating.
Burial was in the Shady Grove Cemetery, under the direction of
Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Survivors include two sons, N. M. Lewing of Galveston; J. R.
Lewing of Hornbeck; one daughter, Mrs. Idell Harrison of Houston;
one brother, George McFaderidge of Tex.; 16 grandchildren, and 18
great grandchildren.
