Herbert Lewing

  Services for Herbert McClain Lewing, 4 month old son of Mr. and
Mrs. S. McClain Lewing of Shreveport, were at 1 p.m., Saturday,
in Wellman's Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev. James C. Royse,
pastor of Oak Crest Christian Church, officiating, and the Rev.
Percy Binning assisting. Burial was in Highland Cemetery in
Mansfield.

  The child died Wednesday, July 4, in the LSU Hospital, after a
sudden illness.

  Survivors include parents; sister, Melissa Lewing of Shreveport;
paternal grandparents, Herbert and Pat Lewing of Florien;
maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Allen Daniel of Shreveport;
and paternal great grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Allen Daniel of
Shreveport; and paternal great grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Sam
Lewing of Florien, and the Rev. and Mrs. Percy Binning of
Mansfield.

  Pallbearers were Patrick Lewing, Ricky Foster, Henry Binning
Jr., and Mike Raley.
