Clifton Lewing, Sr.

  Mr. Clifton Lewing, 82, died in Shreveport, on April 14, 1987,
at 8:24 p.m.

  Services were held at Shady Grove Church of God, on April 18,
1987, at 11 a.m., with the Rev. Lemon Manasco officiating. Burial
was at Pine Knott Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows
Funeral Home.

  He is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Stella and J.
T. Mullins of Fisher, and Ann and George Anderson of Keithville;
one son and daughter-in-law, Clifton and Gayle Lewing Jr. of
Noble; two sisters, Bessie Maund of Fisher, and Addie Randolph of
Many; one brother, Curtis Lewing of Fisher; six grandchildren;
four great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
