Mr. Samuel Herbert Lewing

  Mr. Samuel Herbert Lewing, 61, died Monday, May 28, 2001, at his
residence in Florien.

  Funeral services were held at 2 p.m., Thursday, May 31, at
Warren Meadows Chapel, with interment following at Florien
Cemetery. The Rev. Donnie Paul Lewing officiated.

  Survivors include his mother, Edna L. Lewing of Florien; two
sons, Herbert P. Lewing of Tenaha, Texas, and Samuel M. Lewing of
Mansfield; two sisters, Myra Anthony of Many, and Shirley Kinney
of Florien; two brothers, Ray Lewing of Mansfield, and Sherman
Lewing of Florien; sister, Jean Williams of Florien; and
granddaughter, Brittany Lewing of Tenaha, Texas.
