Marcelena Lankford

  Marcelena Lankford, 76, of Hemphill, Tex., died Thursday
morning, May 5.

  Services were at 2 p.m., Friday, in St. Pius Catholic Church,
with the Rev. James Ingle officiating. Burial was in Hemphill
Cemetery, under the direction of Starr Funeral Home.

  Surviving are her husband, C. L. Lankford of Hemphill; one
daughter, Mrs. Aleta Chambers of Dallas; eight sons, Paul
Procella of Woodland, Glendell Procella of Groves, Ernest R.
Procella of Orange, Eugene Procella of Hemphill, Billy Brad
Lankford of Diboll, Rayford Procella of Columbia, S. C., and Guy
Lankford of Mineral Wells, and Donnie Lankford of Fort Worth;
three brothers, Floyd Parrie of Pineland, William J. Parrie of
Venicia, Calif., and Curtis Parrie of Beaumont; four sisters,
Mrs. Buna Ferguson of Zwolle, Mrs. Jeanette Meshell of Vidor, and
Mrs. Sally Campbell, and Mrs. Sadie Morris, both of Marshall; 27
grandchildren, and 14 great grandchildren.
