Johnny Langlois

  Johnny Langlois, 68, of Converse, died on Sunday, Aug. 12, at
8:20 a.m., after an extended illness.

  Funeral services were held on Monday, Aug. 13, at 10 a.m., at
the St. Ann Catholic Church, with Father Gillis Boyer
officiating. Burial followed in the St. Ann Cemetery.

  Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Mary W. Langlois of Converse;
five sons, Douglas Langlois of Independence; Ronald Langlois of
Pasadena, Calif., John H. Langlois of Gretna; Bobby Langlois of
New Orleans, and Jewel Roy Langlois of Port Barre; five
daughters, Miss Linda Langlois of Hammond, Judy Langlois, also of
Hammond, Mrs. Dot Dubroe of Port Barre, Betty Langlois of
Hammond, and Shirley Langlois of Ohio; two sisters, Ona Barber of
Sacramento, Calif., and Elmira Duvall of Irvingville; 20
grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.
