Bro. Durell Tuberville, and Bro. Johnny G. Tipton officiated. Interment followed in the Hand Cemetery in Coushatta. Mrs. Lindsey died Saturday, Aug. 26, after a sudden illness. Survivors include four daughters, Catherine Birdwell of Coushatta, Bessie Williams of Pleasant Hill, Helen Williams of Noble, and Donnie DeLoach of Keithville; seven sons, Willie Lindsey of Coushatta, Clifton Lindsey of Shreveport, Willey Lindsey of Blanchard, Billy D. Lindsey of Bossier City, Lonnie Lindsey of Keithville, Arthur Lindsey of Rocky Hill, Conn., and Bobby Lindsey of Keithville; two sisters, Adelaide Brown of Ft. Worth, Texas, and Rose Mae Meek of Shreveport; two brothers, Walter Council of Sarepta, La., and Paul Council of Shreveport; forty three grandchildren; eighty-eight great grandchildren. Pallbearers will be grandsons.
