Mr. Brenton Joseph Landry

  Mr. Brenton Joseph Landry, 27, of Florien, died Friday, June 5.

  Funeral services were held at 2 p.m., Monday, June 8, at Mt.
Carmel Baptist Church, with interment following at Mt. Carmel
Cemetery. The Rev. Larry DeLoach, and the Rev. Glen Flenniken
officiated.

  Survivors include parents, Thomas N. Landry of Sulphur, and
Sandra and Danny Neel of Florien; two brothers, Bryan Landry, and
Blain Landry, both of Florien; two stepsisters, Stephanie Neel of
Many, and Danya Neel of Negreet; paternal grandmother, Grace
Landry of Sulphur; paternal step grandmother, Pauline Neel of
Florien; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Mr.
Landry was preceded in death by paternal grandfather, Ophelias
Landry; maternal grandparents, William and Elita LeRoy, and an
aunt, Joyce Nugent.

  Pallbearers were Trent Anthony, Daniel Fitch, Eddie Naquin,
Dondi Fontenot, Joe Lewing, Chris DeLoach, Clint Corley, and
Chris Foster. Honorary pallbearers were Ron Martin, Jamie Cook,
Anthony Welch, Waylon Dockens, Robert McClain, David Slaughter,
and Brad Browning.
