Bernice Lemons

  Funeral services for Mrs. Bernice Lemons, 78, of Pasadena, Tex.,
were held Thursday, June 6, 1996, at 11:30, at Forest Park East
Funeral Home in Pasadena, with Rev. Roland Hill officiating.
Interment followed at Forest Park East Cemetery.

  Mrs. Lemons passed away June 3. She was an active member of
First Baptist Church in Pasadena, and a member of the Women's
Missionary Union since 1935.

  She is survived by her loving husband, Lem Lemons; son and
daughter-in-law, David and Patricia Lemons; grandsons, Aaron, and
Jason Lemons; sister, Phoebe Diltz; sister-in-law, Maudie Farrar;
and brother, Tribble Cranford, and Houston Cranford; one nephew,
W. E. (Boots) Hayes of Many.
