John Leonard

  John Lewis Leonard, 72, of Pasadena, Tex., died Monday, April 5.

  Funeral services were held at 11 a.m., Wednesday, in Crystal
Springs Baptist Church, with the Rev. Chester McInnis, and the
Rev. C. J. McManus officiating. Burial was in Mitchell Cemetery
in Anacoco, with Masonic rites.

  Survivors include his widow; three sons, Clifton Leonard of Deer
Park, Tex, Clayton Leonard of Washington, D. C., and Chilton
Leonard of Houston, Tex.; two brothers, Bert Leonard of Deer
Park, Tex., and Penn Leonard of Anacoco; three sisters, Mrs.
Flora McInnis, and Mrs. Mary Carlton, both of Anacoco, and Mrs.
Annis Spears of Hornbeck; 10 grandchildren, and four great
grandchildren.
