The Sabine Index - Mrs. D. P. Mahaffey

  5 Dec 1952 - Funeral services for Mrs. D. P. Mahaffey, 64,
who died at home Nov. 25, were conducted at 2 p.m. Nov. 26 at
Ebenezer Baptist church. Interment was under the direction of
Warren Funeral home.

  Surviving relatives include: husband, D. P. Mahaffey of
Florien; sons, William J. Mahaffey of Florien, Claude Mahaffey of
Lawton, Okla; daughters, Mrs. Fred Salter, Mrs. Sherman Mixon,
Mrs. W. H. Salter, Mrs. M. M. Maines of Florien, Mrs. C. H.
Reynolds of Greggton, Texas; brothers, Jodie of Hornbeck, Reece
Chance of Plainview, Alvin of Pineville; 26 grandchildren and two
great-grandchildren.
