Minnie D. Moffett

  Services for Mrs. Minnie D. Moffett, 85, of Pleasant Hill, were
held at 3:30 p.m., Thursday, April 23, in the Pleasant Hill
United Methodist Church, with the Rev. George Sherman
officiating. He was assisted by Rev. Marie Williams. Burial was
in Springridge Cemetery, under the direction of Drewett Funeral
Home.

  She died April 21, at 9:50 p.m., in DeSoto General Hospital.

  Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Moraine Youngblood,
Pleasant Hill, and Mrs. Vera Jean Tenison, Houston, Tx.; one son,
William D. Moffett, Shreveport; one sister, Mrs. Merlie Ballard,
DeQuincy; three grandchildren, Mrs. Debbie Youngblood Rains,
Pleasant Hill, Scott Moffett, Shreveport, Karen Tenison, Houston,
Tx.; and two great grandchildren, Amanda Rains, and Troy Rains,
both of Pleasant Hill.
