The Sabine Index - John Jack Moffett

  31 Oct 1941 - Last rites for John Jack Moffett, age 84 years,
were held at Beulah Monday at 10 o'clock, Rev. W. J. Ross and
Rev. Frank Roberts officiating, interment in Beulah cemetery,
Dennis-Green funeral home directing.

  Pallbearer: Fred Moffett, Milton Moffett, Ralph Moffett, Jack
Bullert, Hamp Moffett and J. W. Moffett.

  Surviving are the widow, Mrs. Rhoda Wade Moffett, Pleasant Hill;
eight sons, T. H. of Pleasant Hill, J. W. of Pleasant Hill, E. P.
of Heneritta, Texas, J. E. of Stanton, Texas, S. W. of Oklahoma
City, Okla., L. B. of Many, R. L. of Seminole, Texas, O. W. of
Pleasant Hill; four daughter, Mrs. M. D. Bell of Marthaville,
Mrs. T. G. Gass of Marthaville, Mrs. W. A. Ross of Pleasant Hill
and Mrs. Betty K. McFerin of Homer; 33 grandchildren and 22
great-grandchildren.
