Mrs. Leah McGaha

  Mrs. Leah McGaha, 83, of Many died Monday, Feb. 23, 1998 at DeSoto
General Hospital in Mansfield.

  Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 25 at Warren
Meadows Chapel in Many with interment following at Mt. Carmel Cemetery
in Florien. The Rev. Kenneth Leach, Sr. and the Rev. H. H. Tibbits
officiated.

  Survivors include one daughter, Janice Knippers and husband, Dale
of Many; one son, Jimmy McGaha and wife, Anne of Anacoco; three
sisters, Josephine Leach of Shreveport, and Evelyn Dees and Mittie
Weldon, both of Many; two grandsons, Jeremy Knippers and Jonathan
Knippers, both of Many; one granddaughter, Jennifer Chance and
husband, Lemoine of Many; one great-granddaughter, Brianna Chance
of Many; and a host of nieces and nephews.
