The Sabine Index - Blanche Sarah Maxey 
  
  19 Mar 1948 - Mrs. Blanche Sarah Maxey, age 58, who died at the 
family home near Many was laid to rest at Pilgrim's Rest, near 
Many, at 4 p.m. Sunday. The services were conducted by Rev. Pratt 
McCloud, assisted by Rev. Carpenter. Interment was under 
direction Massingill funeral home. 
  
  Mrs. Maxey is survived by her husband, Walter Maxey, Many, sons, 
Harold, Horace and Claude Maxey, all of Many; daughters, Mrs. 
Annie Lee Guay and Mrs. Lois Neal, both of Many, and Mrs. 
Catherine Farmer, Shreveport; brother, Riley Campbell, Beaumont, 
Texas; sisters, Mrs. John Vines, Noble and Mrs. G. L. Nabours of 
Many.
