The Sabine Index - James Henry McGee

  31 Aug 1951 - Funeral rites for James Henry McGee, 89, who
passed away at the home of his daughter at Florien Saturday
morning, were conducted 9 a.m. Sunday at Prospect Methodist
church by Rev. J. H. Holder. Interment was under direction Warren
funeral home.

  Pallbearers were members of the Masonic fraternity who also
conducted rites at the graveside in charge of Florien lodge.

  Surviving relatives include: widow, Mrs. Ellen McGee
of Florien; daughters, Mrs. Hettie Leach and Miss Zettie McGee of
New Orleans; sons, Johnnie and Truman McGee, both of Florien, and
Jerry C. McGee of London, England; brother, E. J. McGee.
