The Sabine Index - Mrs. Emma C. Maxey

  9 Mar 1956 - Funeral services for Mrs. Emma C. Maxey, 76, who
passed away at the Allen sanitarium, Converse, Sunday, March 4,
was conducted at St. Joseph Catholic church, Zwolle at 9:30 a.m.
Monday, March 5 with Father Robert Friend officiating. Interment
was in St. Joseph cemetery under the direction of Warren Funeral
home.

  Survivors are sons, Joe and Mertice of Zwolle, daughters, Mrs.
Edna Leone of Zwolle, Mrs. Lucy Procell of Lake End, Mrs. Della
Hernandez, of Bunkie, 22 grandchildren, 54, great-grandchildren
and four great-great grandchildren.

  Pallbearers were Leonard and Ellis Ebarb, Wilbert
Maxey, Wilson Martinez, Bud Vines and J. W. Lopez.
