Mattie Lee Maxey (Photo)

  Mattie Lee Maxey, 83, died at Toledo Nursing Center, Sunday,
Dec. 31, 2000.

  Funeral services were held at 10 a.m., Jan. 2, at First Baptist
Church in Zwolle, with interment following at Zwolle Cemetery.
The Rev. Jerry Penfield officiated.

  Survivors include two sisters, Nannie Brandon of Zwolle, and
Mary Partain of Gary, Texas; one brother, Paul Maxey of Noble;
and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.

  Mrs. Maxey was preceded in death by her parents, Leo and Anna
Maxey; and four brothers, Hoyt, Louis, Richard, and Ural Maxey.

  A special thanks to the staff at Toledo Nursing Center in
Zwolle, and to a special friend, Katie Faircloth.

  Pallbearers were Rocky Brandon, Calvin Jones, Chris Loupe, Bobby
Maxey, Charles Maxey, and Joe Paul Maxey.
