Mr. McGee was born October 18, 1920, in Sabine Parish, to Emma Ellen Herrington and James Henry McGee, and he served during World War II. Survivors are his widow, Mrs. Maggie McGee of Florien; two daughters, Linda Littleton of Salina, Kansas, and Carroline Methvin of Dalhart, Tex.; one son, William Morrice McGee of Florien; two sisters, Hettie Johnson of Florien, and Zettie McGee of Hemphill, Tex.; eight grandchildren; and five great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Pallbearers were Roy Lee Brown, Larry Chance, Winston Bridges, Elvis Browning, Gerald Wayne Thaxton, and Glenn Herrington.
