Winnie Mae Maxey

  Funeral services for Winnie Mae Maxey, 87, of Many, were held
Monday, Jan. 13, 1997, at First Baptist Church of Many.
Officiating was Rev. Bill Hines, and Rev. Bob Spears. Interment
was at Mt. Olive Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows
Funeral Home.

  Mrs. Maxey died Saturday, Jan. 11, in Many.

  She is survived by two sons, Tyrice E. Maxey of Many, and
Charles H. Maxey of Natchitoches; two sisters, Lucy Wright of
Negreet, and Ferbie Triggs of Los Angeles, Calif.; three
grandchildren; two great grandchildren; a host of nieces and
nephews.
