Mrs. Tabitha Maxey

  Mrs. Tabitha Maxey, 55, of Many, died in the Sabine Clinic at
Zwolle, March 6, after a short illness.

  Funeral services were held March 7, at 3 p.m., at the Aimwell
Baptist Church, with the Rev. J. E. Schumaker, and Dr. R. P.
Butler officiating. Burial was in the Aimwell Cemetery, under the
direction of the Warren Meadows Funeral Home of Many.

  Survivors include her husband, Louis Maxey of Many; one son, R.
L. Maxey of Shreveport; two daughters, Mrs. Thelma Anderson, and
Mrs. Ruth Moore, both of Shreveport; one brother, Jack Eason of
Many; one sister, Mrs. Lena Baldwin of Many; and six
grandchildren.

  Pallbearers were Randy Rains, Jerry Brandon, Calvin Jones,
Charlie Maxey, Guy Wayne Maxey, and Bobby Maxey.
