M. (Rosa) Muse, 72, were conducted at Emerson Ward Chapel, Salt Lake City, Utah, Monday, Jan. 27. Officiating were Elders, Delworth Young, and Bryant Whitting, members of the General Authorities of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Interment was in City Cemetery. Mrs. Muse died Friday, Jan. 24, after an extended illness. She was a native of Many, having spent most of her life here. She was born Dec. 20, 1896, in Many, and was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Fleet Peterson. She is survived by her husband, William M. Muse; three daughters, Mrs. Scott (Lois) Hendricks, and Miss Mina Ruth Muse, both of Salt Lake City, Mrs. Winston (Katie) Benson of Brigham City, Utah; one sister, Mrs. Ruth Ferguson of Shreveport; two brothers, Bill Peterson of Shreveport, and John Peterson of Natchitoches; 14 grandchildren; and two great grandchildren. Pallbearers were her grandsons, W. H. Muse, David H. Muse, F. Scott Hendricks, Michael Muse Hendricks, Greg Benson, and Joseph Benson.
