Mrs. Julie Maxie

  Mrs. Julie Maxie, 65, died Monday, June 27, after a brief
illness.

  Funeral services were held in the First Baptist Church
Wednesday, June 29, at 2 p.m., with Dr. Kelly Fitzgerald
officiating. Burial was in the Mount Carmel Cemetery, under the
direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Survivors are two sons, Arvil, and Charles Maxie of Big Lake,
Tex.; four daughters, Mrs. Jack Salter of Florien, Mrs. Robert
Leach of Many, Mrs. Edward Lovett of Many, and Mrs. Dazille
Pantalion of Cameron; one brother, Roland Puckett of El Paso,
Tex.; five sisters, Mrs. Wilda Huss, and Mrs. Lurine Toups of
Deweyville, Tex., Mrs. George McFredrick of Orange, Tex., Mrs.
Harold McComic, and Mrs. John Eason of Fisher; 24 grandchildren.
