Mrs. Ernest Moss

  Funeral services for Mrs. Ernest Moss, 47, were held Monday,
Sept. 30, in the Many United Pentecostal Church, with the Rev.
Billy White officiating.

  Mrs. Moss died Sunday, Sept. 20, near Grand Cane, following a
short illness.

  She is survived by her husband, Ernest Moss of Robeline; one
son, Ernest Doyle Moss of Shreveport; five daughters, Gloria Jean
Ward of Memphis, Tenn., Thelma Colston of Texarkana, Ark., Melba
Moss of Shreveport, and Virgie Tarpley, and Jo Ann Moss, both of
Many.

  Also three brothers, Mac C. Hyatt of Hornbeck, and Sam, and
Buddy Hyatt, both of Florien; two sisters, Rachel Canady of
Florien, and Emma Bolton of Kilgore, Tex.; and eight
grandchildren.

  Interment was in the Ft. Jesup Cemetery, under the direction of
Warren Meadows Funeral Home.
