James Darrin McCoy (Photo)

  James Darrin McCoy, 37, of Converse died July 10, 2002, at Hot
Wells Creek.

  Funeral services were held at 10 a.m., July 13, at First Baptist
Church of Noble, with interment following at Converse Cemetery.
Bro. Jimmy Price officiated.

  Survivors include his widow, Lucy McCoy of Converse; parents,
James McCoy and Judy Mouser McCoy, both of Converse; stepson,
Joseph P. Etheridge and wife Glenda of Zwolle; stepdaughters,
Lisa Fountain and husband Byron, and Stephanie Wyatt and husband
Erick, all of Zwolle, and Melinda Bertrand and husband Pierre of
Swedesboro, N. J.; three sisters, Tammy Palmisano and husband
Ronnie of Provencal, Nancy McCoy and Brooke McCoy, both of
Converse; brother, Daniel McCoy and wife Monica of Shreveport;
maternal grandparents, Elsie and T. E. Mouser of Converse; aunts
and uncles, T. K. and Diana Raborn, Frankie and L. A. Mouser,
Jerry and Tommie Fisher, and Freddie and Barbara Hatcher, all of
Converse, and Wayne Mouser of Corsicana, Texas; grandchildren,
Brandi Stout, Bethany Fountain, Jessica Ruiz, Marjana Etheridge,
Payton Etheridge, Christopher Wyatt, and Autumn Wyatt; and a host
of nieces, nephews, and friends.

  He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Doris
Tirpitz Mouser, and paternal grandparents, Clifton and Pearl
Basco.
