The Sabine Index - Sherman S. McFerrin 
  
  11 Sep 1959 - Sherman S. McFerrin passed away Aug. 31 at the 
Clinton hospital, Clinton. Funeral services were conducted at the 
First Baptist church in Greensburg. Burial was in church 
cemetery. 
  
  He is survived by one sister, Mrs. Horace Tompkins of Many, and 
one brother, Wise H. McFerrin of Pleasant Hill.
