Mr. Fred C. McPhearson

  Graveside services for Mr. Fred C. McPhearson, 70, were held at
3:30 p.m., Monday, June 28, at Oak Grove Cemetery near Converse,
with the Rev. Dan Jones officiating. Mr. McPhearson died
Saturday, June 26, at his residence, of a sudden illness. Drewett
Funeral Home, Mansfield is in charge of arrangements.

  A native of Converse, Mr. McPhearson had lived in Mansfield
since 1953.

  Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Claudia A. McPhearson,
Mansfield; daughter, Mrs. Arnetta M. Hyams, Natchitoches; sister,
Mrs. Ione Bossier, Converse; brother, Terry M. McPhearson,
Monroe; and two grandchildren.
