  Bernice McFerrin - October 25, 1973

  Mrs. Bernice McFerrin, 52, of DeRidder died Wednesday, Oct. 17,
after a long illness.

  Funeral services were held Friday at 3 p.m. in the Beauregard
Funeral Home with interment in the Hinson Cemetery.

  She is survived by her daughter, Mrs. Joe Beverly DeKemper of
Natchitoches; her mother, Mrs. Mittie Harvey of DeRidder; her
mother-in-law, Mrs. Alice McFerrin of Zwolle; and
brothers-in-law, M. J. McFerrin of Zwolle and B. K. McFerrin of
Henderson, Tex. and a host of other relatives and friends.
