Thomas Riley McKissack

  Services for Thomas Riley McKissack, 69, were held at 2 p.m.,
Monday, October 2, 1995, at Rockett-Nettles Funeral Home Chapel.

  Officiating was Bro. Wiley Cole. Interment was in Bethel
Cemetery.

  Mr. McKissack passed away Friday, September 29, 1995.

  He was born May 17, 1926, in Mize, Mississippi. He was a 32nd
Degree Mason.

  Survivors include his wife, Joyce Martin McKissack of Coushatta;
three daughters, Tommie Buckley of Florence, Miss., Cheryl Bounds
of Ajax, and Paula Kendrick of Pleasant Hill; one son, James
Thomas McKissack of Conn.; two stepsons, Andy, and Barry Huckabay
of Coushatta; eight grandchildren; one step grandchild; four
great grandchildren; two brothers; one sister; and a host of
nieces and nephews.

  Pallbearers were Mike Kennington, Carl Bennett, Greg Womack,
Dewey Emerson, Timothy Higgins, and Dale Bierden.

  Honorary pallbearers will be George Wise, and Butch Stevens.
