  Edwin McCaslin

  A funeral for Edwin "Mac" McCaslin of Claremore, Okla. was
scheduled for 11 a.m. last Wednesday at the United Methodist
Church in Little River. The Rev. Grant Davis officiated and
burial was at Bean Memorial Cemetery, Little River.

  The field superintendent for Bowen Oil Company died Saturday in
Hillcrest Hospital in Tulsa at the age of 59.

  Born October 15, 1928, in Sterling, he married Louise Nichols on
February 13, 1955, in Miami, Okla. He had resided in Claremore
since moving from Many, La. in 1981.

  He was a U.S. Navy veteran and a member of the United Methodist
Church.

  Survivors are his wife; a son, Scott, of Claremore; a daughter,
Ginger Rice of Claremore; a brother, Norman E. of Rice, Texas;
and three grandchildren.
