A. O. Youngblood, pastor, assisted by Rev. Kenneth G. McDowell, pastor Many Methodist church. Interment was in Many cemetery under direction Warren funeral home. Pallbearers were James P. Stewart, J. C. Ritter, Jr., Martin Gandy, C. T. Davis, H. L. Moore, A. L. Head, George Foster and J. A. Tyler. Honorary pallbearers were all his many friends. Surviving relatives include: the widow, Mrs. Jessie Pugh McDonald, a son, Ralph McDonald, both of Many; a sister, Mrs. S. T. Losey, Shreveport; a brother, Harry McDonald, Many; mother, Mrs. H. B. McDonald, Many; three nephews, Thomas and Billy Losey and Eugene McDonald. Mr. McDonald was the sons of Mrs. H. B. McDonald and the late Mr. McDonald. He was born at Vivian, Dec. 3, 1913 and had been a resident of Sabine parish for 22 years, having been associated with McDonald Machine & Supply company for 14 years. He was an active member of Many First Baptist church, serving as superintendent of the school for a time, and was a member of Many lodge No. 411 F. & A. M.
