Mrs. Martha McDonald

  Mrs. Martha Virginia McDonald, 86, of Converse, died in a
Pleasant Hill Hospital, after a lengthy illness.

  Services were at 3 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 12, at the First Baptist
Church in Converse, with the Rev. Richard May officiating. Burial
was in the Union Springs Cemetery.

  Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. J. D. Stevens of Pleasant
Hill, and Sally Snelling of Converse; two sons, Alfred McDonald
of Pleasant Hill, and R. B. McDonald of Many; five brothers,
Alfred Brittain, Jack Brittain, Marty Ray Brittain, and Alvin
Brittain, all of Center, Tex., and Hilliard Brittain of
Shreveport; three sisters, Mrs. Margaret Metcalf, Mrs. Willie
Miller, and Flored Brittain, all of Center, Tex., and Nancy
Edmond of Grayson, Tex.; 26 grandchildren, and 40 great
grandchildren.
