Helen S. McDonald

  Services for Mrs. Helen S. McDonald, 49, of Pleasant Hill, were
at 10 a.m., Saturday, May 2, at Springridge Baptist Church near
Pleasant Hill. Rev. Willis Greer officiated, assisted by Rev. J.
P. King. Burial was in Springridge Cemetery, under the direction
of Drewett Funeral Home of Mansfield.

  She died Thursday, April 30, in a Shreveport hospital, following
a sudden illness.

  Survivors include her husband, Alfred McDonald of Pleasant Hill;
three sons, Ellis Elton McDonald, and Coy Wayne McDonald of
Florien, Alfred Stanley McDonald of Mansfield; parents, Mr. and
Mrs. Oda Lilley of Pleasant Hill; one brother, James Otha Lilley
of Ruston; three sisters, Joy Wilden, and Carolyn Nichols of
Houston, Tex., Ruth Brown of Haughton; one granddaughter, Valerie
Lynn McDonald.
