Mr. Leon J. McDaniel

  Services for Leon J. McDaniel of Many, were held Monday, August
16, at 11:00 a.m., at the Warren Meadows Funeral Chapel. Burial
was at Zion Hill Baptist Church Cemetery. Bro. Jeff Tidwell, and
Rev. Keith Dowden officiated the services.

  Mr. McDaniel died after an extended illness in Lake Charles on
Sunday, August 15, at 4:15 a.m. He was 73.

  He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Margie McDaniel of Lake
Charles; two daughters, Mrs. Catherine Fontenot, Mrs. Sue Lynn
Huber, both of Lake Charles; three brothers, Elton McDaniel,
Robert Lee McDaniel, both of Many, J. T. McDaniel of Leesville;
ten grandchildren; and 19 great grandchildren.

  Funeral services were under the direction of Warren Meadows
Funeral Home.
