All rights reserved. http://usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://usgwarchives.net/la/lafiles.htm ********************************************** Harry Eugene McDonald Funeral services for Harry Eugene McDonald, 54, of Shreveport, were held at 1 p.m., Thurs., Jan. 27, 1983, at Rose-Neath's Marshall St. Chapel. Rev. Randy Bailey, pastor of Cornerstone Baptist Church, and Father Bob Inzino, pastor of St. Mary of the Pines Catholic Church, officiated. Burial was held at Forest Park Cemetery in Shreveport. Mr. McDonald died Tues., Jan. 25, at the V. A. Medical Center in Shreveport. He was born in El Dorado, Ark., and was a resident of Sabine Parish for 21 years. He had lived in Shreveport for the past 30 years. He was a veteran of the Korean conflict, and a member of American Legion Lowe-McFarland Post No. 14. Mr. McDonald was also a member of Noel Memorial United Methodist Church. He is survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Harry McDonald; three sons, Terry, Mike, and Pat McDonald, all of Shreveport; and four grandchildren. Serving as pallbearers were Randy Clinton, Al McKinney, Billy Losey, Thomas Losey, Rick Hunt, and Ralph McDonald. The family requests that memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
