W. F. (Frank) Masters

  W. F. (Frank) Masters, 81, of Shreveport, died on Wednesday,
Oct. 23, at 9:05 p.m.

  Masters is survived by his widow, Mrs. Corida Masters of
Shreveport; one daughter, Mrs. Ethel McMurray of New Orleans; two
sons, Walter James Masters, Shreveport, and Arthur Franklin
Masters, Wylie, Tex.; one sister, Mrs. Elizabeth Dowden,
DeRidder; one brother, Joel C. Masters, Many; 11 grandchildren,
and 13 great grandchildren.

  Funeral services were held at the Middle Creek Baptist Church on
Friday, Oct 25, at 2 p.m., with the Rev. C. H. Welch officiating.
Burial was in the Middle Creek Cemetery, under the direction of
the Warren Meadows Funeral Home.
