Mr. Chad Michael Meshell

  Mr. Chad Michael Meshell, 20, of Alabama died Saturday, Nov. 29 in an auto
accident.

  Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 2 at St. Joseph Catholic
Church in Zwolle. Interment followed at St. Joseph Cemetery in Rayne. Msg. Earl
Provenza and Father David Richter officiated.

  Survivors include his mother, Shirley Menard of Many; father, DeWayne Meshell
of Zwolle; two brothers, Jason DeWayne Meshell and Kevin Lee Meshell, both of
Zwolle; maternal grandmother, Sadie Menard of Rayne; paternal grandmother, Iva
Lee Meshell of Zwolle; Godmother, Jackie Meche; Godfather, Donnie Meshell; and
a host of nieces, nephews and close friends from Alabama. Mr. Meshell was
preceded in death by his grandfathers, Junior Menard and E. E. Meshell and
great-grandmother, Lou Menard.

  Pallbearers were Wynn Thornhill, Morgan Meshell, Mikey Biggs, David Meshell,
Jr., Keith Meshell, Chris Fell, Taylor Ford and Brian Johnson. Honorary
pallbearers were Jonathan Meshell, Mike Lankford, John Windham, Derek Westbrook
and Ken Smyly.
